The Noise

Produced in isolation. Released on physical media. Preserved in analog decay.

Physical Media Only

UCHLO's noise will be released on vinyl and CD. No streaming services. No digital downloads. No algorithmic playlists. If you want to hear it, you'll need to own the physical object.

This is about ownership. About tangibility. About the ritual of playing a record or loading a disc.

What You Might Hear

Atmospheric performance detail

Static & Hum

The baseline drone of dying circuits. The hum of obsolete technology fighting against entropy. This is the foundation.

Feedback & Distortion

Screaming frequencies pushed beyond their limits. Equipment malfunctioning in beautiful, terrible ways.

Found Sounds

Fragments of radio broadcasts. Ghost voices from tape loops. Sounds that were never meant to be heard.

The Production Process

UCHLO works alone in a room filled with charity shop electronics. Each piece is recorded in one take—no edits, no overdubs, no second chances. What you hear on the vinyl is exactly what happened in that moment.

Sometimes it's a low rumble that resonates through the walls. Sometimes it's a high-pitched shriek that makes the equipment protest. Sometimes it's something resembling rhythm, almost resembling music, before dissolving back into static.

The recordings capture equipment failures, power surges, and feedback loops that were never planned. These aren't mistakes—they're the point. The noise is as much about what breaks as what works.

Each release is a document of a moment that can never be repeated.

Upcoming Releases

Rare Live Appearances

Occasionally, UCHLO performs live. These shows are unannounced, spontaneous, and over before most people realize they happened.
